Privacy Policy

• What you send in a quote form: your name, phone number, vehicle and ZIP code, plus anything optional you add, such as your email address, the service you want, notes and photos. Fleet requests also ask for a company name, the number of vehicles and how often you'd like service.
• Your text-message choice: whether you checked the SMS box, the date and time you did, and the wording you agreed to.
• How you reached us: the page the form was sent from, and campaign tags that were part of the link you followed (such as UTM codes or ad click IDs).
• Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run the site and protect it from abuse.
• Calls and texts: records of our conversations with you.

We use this information to prepare your quote, call you back, schedule and confirm appointments, send reminders and service updates, answer your questions, keep our business records, understand which pages and campaigns bring in requests, filter out spam, and meet our legal obligations.

Text messages from Performance Mobile Detailing cover your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting a quote or booking a service. Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Photos you attach to a quote request are stored with our hosting provider so we can see the vehicle before we price the work. The links to them are deleted after 90 days.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can do that work for us:

• website hosting and file storage (Vercel);
• form automation that passes your request to our records (Zapier);
• the customer-management and messaging software we use to keep track of quotes and appointments and to send texts;
• our email provider.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site. It uses cookies to record things like the pages viewed, how a visitor arrived, the type of device and browser, approximate location, and whether a phone link was tapped or a quote request was sent. We don't send the details you type into our forms to Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

Some pages also show customer reviews through a widget from Trustindex, and the About page shows a map from Google Maps. Those features load from the companies that provide them, which may set their own cookies and are covered by their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Photo links are deleted after 90 days. We keep other information for as long as we need it to serve you, keep our business records and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner, and we'll do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and tell us to stop calling or emailing you. To stop text messages, reply STOP. If you live in California, state law may give you further privacy rights, and we'll respond to requests as that law requires.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, though, so we can't promise that it never could be accessed without permission.

This site and our services aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

When this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
