Fleet detailing in Sacramento, done in your lot
For businesses with company vehicles, I run fleet detailing in Sacramento as an ongoing account. The vehicles stay where they're parked, the visits follow a recurring schedule we set together, and billing goes on Net 30 terms or a card, whichever you prefer. My clients include PG&E and SMUD.

How a fleet account works
- Ongoing, on a schedule. We agree how often I come and which vehicles I do on each visit. Weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, monthly or another rhythm: it's set by what your vehicles need.
- What a visit covers. That's up to you. It can be a wash only, a wash plus a vacuum and wipe-down, a periodic interior or exterior detail, or a full detail when a vehicle changes drivers. Not every account gets the same work.
- On-site. I work in your lot, so nobody has to drive a vehicle anywhere.
- Access. When a visit includes the inside of a vehicle, you arrange the keys or access with me.
- Billing. Invoice on Net 30, or card. It's whatever your business prefers.
- Hours. I work 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, seven days a week, so visits can land when the vehicles are parked.
- Pricing. I quote each account after we've talked through the vehicles and the schedule. There's no fleet price list.
If you need a one-off job rather than an account, tell me and we'll talk it through.
What I need at your lot
Room to work. Each vehicle I'm working on takes about 3 parking spaces, or 2 if they're blocked off. That gives me room on every side.
No hookups. Water and power come with me: up to 300 gallons on the truck, plus a generator. If there's an outlet close by, I'll ask before I plug in.
Weather. On hot days I want shade, especially for dark vehicles. If it rains, I'll call. With a garage I can work in, the visit goes ahead. Otherwise we'll move it.
What fleet work covers
I have more than 26 years of hands-on detailing behind me, and that includes commercial and fleet vehicles, boats and RVs. I bring a helper when the job is bigger. Fleet work has mostly come to me through referrals between businesses.
What each visit covers is set when we open the account. To see what the services involve, look at exterior detailing, interior detailing or a full car detail, which does both.
Dealership, rental or other company vehicles depend on the job. Tell me what you've got and we'll work out what fits.
If your vehicles are parked Downtown or in Natomas, my page on Sacramento neighborhoods covers how I work in office lots there.

Fleet questions
Is there a minimum number of vehicles?
It depends on the job. Tell me how many vehicles you have and how often you'd like them done, and we'll work out what makes sense.
Can you work in a parking garage?
Generally, no. My truck can't work inside parking garages, so the vehicles need to be somewhere outside, like an open lot.
How far will you travel for a fleet?
It depends on the account. Longer trips can make sense for bigger fleets, so tell me where the vehicles are and we'll talk it through.
Do you work with body shops?
Yes. Body shops in the area refer work to me, and I do body-shop and insurance-related jobs.
When will you show up?
You get a one-hour window for when I'll arrive. If I'm early or late, I'll let you know by text or a call.
How do we get started?
Fill in the fleet form with your company, how many vehicles you have and how often. I'll get in touch to talk through the vehicles and the schedule, then quote the account.
